At The Stuff and Things Company, we work hard to get your cotton-packed comedy out the door quickly and into your hands (or dresser). Stuff goes out. Stuff comes back. Here’s the part where we explain that… but with fewer banana peels than you’d think. Below you’ll find all the important stuff about shipping and returns.

Shipping Info

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states
  • Select international countries (Canada, UK, Australia)

If you’re outside these zones, drop us a line — we might be able to make it work (we know people… okay, monkeys).

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are made-to-order and typically ship within 2–5 business days.
  • During peak seasons or viral banana shortages, production may take a bit longer.

3. Delivery Times

After processing, estimated delivery is:

  • USA: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days (customs may cause delays)

You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Costs

  • U.S. orders: Calculated at checkout (or free on orders over $75)
  • International: Rates vary by location

Returns & Exchanges

1. What’s Eligible

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • Must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • You’ll need the order number or proof of purchase

2. What’s Not

  • Custom or personalized shirts
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Apparel that’s been monkey-handled (besides us)

3. Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges for size or color within 30 days
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless it’s our fault

  2. Let us know if it’s a return or exchange and why
  3. We’ll provide return instructions

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receiving your item.

Damaged or Wrong Order?

Oops. That’s on us. If your order arrives incorrect, defective, or missing, email us and we’ll get it fixed fast.
